🔄 30-Day Return Window (Unopened Items)

  • To give you absolute peace of mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, simply email our support team at sales@aussiefootcare.com.au. Please wait for our team's authorization before sending your items back.

🩺 Hygiene & Condition of Items

  • Opened Items: For strict medical and hygiene reasons, products that come into direct contact with the skin (including toe separators, gel pads, and compression socks) are not eligible for return or exchange once the original packaging has been opened.
  • Unopened Items: Items are fully eligible for a refund if they are completely unopened, unused, and remain in their original, pristine packaging.
  • Return Postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns, incorrect purchases, or change-of-mind.

🌏 International Orders Note

  • Return Destination: Please note that all international returns are processed at our central distribution facility in Sydney, Australia.
  • Customs & Duties: Any original import duties, local border taxes, or clearance levies paid to your local customs authority at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

💥 Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the issue.
  • Our International Guarantee: In the rare event of a faulty or incorrect international order, we will typically issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately without requiring you to ship the physical item back to Australia.
  • Claims must be initiated with details within 7 days of delivery.

💳 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed back to your original payment method in the exact currency used at checkout.
  • For returned items: Your refund excludes all original shipping costs. For orders that qualified for promotional free shipping, the actual outbound shipping expense incurred by our business to deliver the package will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • For cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full 100% refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once a package leaves our Sydney warehouse, a cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must be handled as a standard return.

🛑 Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer once the local postal carrier (such as USPS or Australia/NZ/Canada Post) marks the tracking status as "Delivered" (including Authority to Leave, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers). We are not liable for missing or stolen parcels after a confirmed delivery scan.
